MARCUS VERGETTE - ELEMENTS
Autumn 2007
Marcus Vergette, bass player, sculptor and film maker and I are working on a quartet of short films titled 'Elements'.
My roles include playing improvised music for the film, sound recording, audio engineering/eidting and sound production. Also involved is saxophonist Roz Harding.

CONSPIRACY OF EQUALS 2
Autumn 2007
We played a blinding gig in June 2007. My old friend Alex Maguire joined us.
I commissioned Richard Douglas Green, an ex-BBC sound engineer, to multitrack record the gig.
Mark Anderson, the drummer, and I are both working hard to see if it is possible to make an album from the raw recording. Watch this space.

SEAN WILLMOTT ALBUM
Sean Willmott, the heart and powerhouse drummer of The Limbic System is a great composer and has been recording his compositions in his London studio. When we're ready we'll release his 'solo' album on Limbic System Music.
TIME SIGNATURES
The graphic language of written music is one of the greatest achievements of mankind,
except for the way that time signatures are written. It's woefully innefficient.
It's got to change and I'm going to do it!
Just draw or print the written note value representing the beat as the lower figure.
Compound time signatures can now be clearly understood by the youngest music students.
